Our joint venture was founded in 2019 and is now in the status nascendi, building up cooperations, supply chains and R&D-projects to get an optimal market standing.
In 2022 we will begin with our key product: the swapping hub 4.0. It can be delivered 6-8 month after ordering. Our swapping hub 4.0 will get its certifications for the German market in the third quarter of 2020, and will then be able to be installed in cooperation with the local experts and manufactorers. Our partner EDAG is prepared to convert your plug-in-e-mobiles, if you are not interested in compatible new e-cars. (All cars will have a redundancy cable!)

Our joint venture INFRAMOBILITY-Dianba has a chair board and a supervisory board. Head of the chair board is Dipl.-Ing. Alexander Yu Li (CEO). Heads of the supervisory board are Jianping Zhang for Aulton Dianba (President) and Dipl.-Ing. Prof. Dr. Dieter Flämig for the INFRAMOBILITY-group (Vice-President), with a rotative presidentship. Raimund Hosch, the former president of the Berlin Fair Company, is the other German member of the supervisory board. Chief representative is attorney Dr. Alexander Schmid-Lossberg. Chief coordinator is the former state secretary of Berlin (infrastructure and housing) Ulrich Arndt. Supervisor of the R&D-sector is Prof. Dr. André Presse, supported by Dipl.-Ing. Prof. Dr. Kai Strunz and Dipl.-Ing. Werner Schönewolf as leading members of the technical advisory board. The chief engineer for the practical implementation is Dipl.-Ing. Jörg Hellhammer.
Main representatives for cooperations with communes and leading fleet operators in Germany/Europe are Frank Henkel, former mayor of Berlin, Dipl.-Ing. Öczan Mutlu, former member of the German parliament, and the former trade union-secretary Detlef Kuchenbecker, Axel Wunschel, lawyer and infrastructure expert. The communication coordinator is Dr. Katharina Flämig, supported by Dr. Ing. Bernd Stary and lawyer Jürgen Pranschke as marketing experts and Dipl.-Ing. Helmut Richter as expert for IT-strategies.
As implementation experts operate Bernd Stumpf (fleet-projects) and Günther Gdanietz (optimization of locations and stations/integration). Our first office-assistant is Mrs. Sabine Rahn.
Since summer 2019 you can visit our pilot station in Berlin-Westhafen. It is the first swapping unit for e-taxis and other e-cars in Europe. One swapping procedure needs normally 2.2 minutes; a maximum of 3 minutes. This unit represents the traditional swapping with strictly vertical robot-handling, which exchanges the battery-package through a special frame in the e-car-bottom by using one robotic arm. The next generation is BWS 4.0 which replaces the new battery within 1.5 minutes by applying two synchronized robotic arms. This BWS 4.0-process can be accelerated down to 20-30 seconds, which is generally too fast for normal customers (only for official races).

For 18 years our team has been optimizing the swapping technology. Highest quality with minimal input of resources and optimal operational speed is combined with most modern monitor technology to avoid damages and to secure maximal safety. After proofing the technological ripeness of our R&D the Chinese government has decided in 2020 to promote the swapping technology as a central infrastructure for car fleets in all Chinese metropoles. Our independent partner Aulton-Dianba plans to implement 5.000 swap stations within the next 5 years in all regions of China, which is the world's biggest automobile market. In 2020 nearly 500 stations will be installed, if the corona break can be bridged.
Hundreds of stations are already in action, and used by thousands of taxis. Important note: OEMs like BAIC, SAIC or Aiways will deliver the needed cars and generate market advantages due to their compatibility with our future infrastructure. In 2020 nearly 6 million swappings in total and nearly 800 million driven kilometres will document the quality of our technology, which ist an invitation to all brands of the involved mobility markets. As independent, neutral infrastructure our swap stations are also open for European and American OEMs.
In Poland you can see the swapping process for buses. It has already been tested successfully in Europe and China.
